No. The Resident Benefits Package is included in all lease agreements. -
What if I have my own renter's insurance?
Tenants are required to carry renters insurance. You have the option to purchase renters insurance through our 3rd party affiliate, Roost Insurance, or elsewhere. -
Is there a discount given if I cannot take advantage of one or more benefits?
No additional discounts will be given if any benefits are unavailable due to property specific limitations.
